Help users move around the city using Motorcycle, Keke Napep, or Car
Help users send packages within the city

3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the app
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe
You must provide correct information when registering
4. Payments
Payments can be made via app wallet, card, or cash
Users must pay the full amount for rides or deliveries
Jigvo may charge additional fees for services, if applicable
5. Captains (Drivers)
Captains are independent and use their own vehicles
Jigvo does not own the vehicles or employ the Captains directly
Captains are responsible for completing rides and deliveries safely

Users and Captains must follow local traffic laws
Jigvo is not responsible for accidents, delays, or lost items caused by Captains or users
Users must ensure packages are legal and safe to transport

Attempt to hack or disrupt the app
